Primary Care Clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner. The clinic provides Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Dentistry and Behavioral Health Services. The provider will be treating patients of all ages to diagnose and treat general medical problems as well as chronic disease management.
The hours of the clinic are 9-5 Monday –Friday. They utilize a team approach to provide the most comprehensive care to their patient population. This FQHC sees approximately 35,000 patient visits annually. The clinic is offering a competitive salary plus benefits. There is educational loan repayment available.
The community is located in the in the scenic Finger Lake region. Syracuse, NY is a forty minute drive. The area is known for wine production as well as boating, fishing, hiking and biking. The area has many waterfalls, gorges, and state parks that offer breathtaking views.
