120 bed Hospital is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join their staff as a hospital-employed physician. They have 4 OR’s, 1 Endoscopy, 1 Cysto, and 1 C-Section room. The call coverage is 1:3. There are 2 BC Anesthesiologists, 3 CRNA’s and 1 anesthesia tech. The hospital is offering a competitive base salary plus an incentive plan. The employee benefit plan is extensive. There is a demonstrated need for an additional surgeon in the   community. The closest hospital is part of the same hospital system

The area has a variety of four season recreation including a major downhill ski resort, just fifteen minutes away, Allegany State Park, and the Allegany River Trail. Buffalo is located one and a half hours away for major league hockey and football enthusiasts. The community has great schools, colleges, and universities.
